Reset-link verification
Audit the Spirit Password-Reset Chain From Request to New Session
A safe reset begins with an action you initiated and ends only after old sessions and profile changes are checked. Treat an expired link, unavailable mailbox and KYC lock as separate branches.
Start from the verified Spirit account pageTie the message to a reset you requested
Begin from a bookmarked Spirit destination, submit the account email once and write down the request time. A message arriving without that action is not a recovery shortcut and should not be opened.
Compare the message time, sender domain and destination hostname. The link must remain on the operator route named by the current account pages; a shortened or unrelated destination should be reported through signed-in support.

Choose the mailbox branch first
If the email account itself cannot be opened, restore that mailbox with its provider before changing the casino password. Otherwise a third party controlling email can repeat the reset.
When the mailbox works but the link is expired, discard it and make one fresh request after the displayed interval. Multiple overlapping messages make it difficult to know which token remains valid.

Distinguish a KYC lock from a password failure
Spirit's published terms describe account restrictions when identity contact cannot be completed. Ask authenticated support whether access is blocked by credentials, verification, territory eligibility or a security review.
Do not keep rotating passwords when the account decision belongs to another process. Record the case number, named prerequisite and the secure evidence route for that branch.

Revoke the previous trust chain
After entry returns, set a unique password and use any control that signs out other sessions. Review contact details, forwarding alerts, payment destinations and recent withdrawals before resuming activity.
Report an unfamiliar change with its timestamp and request a temporary outbound-payment hold. Keep the reset receipt and case response together; never send a password or authentication token to support.
Spirit eligibility and cashout questions
Should I use an unsolicited Spirit reset message?
No. Start the recovery action from the verified site and use only the message tied to that request.
What if the account is locked after a password change?
Ask support to identify whether KYC, eligibility or another account review is controlling access.
